MEAT PROCESSING FACILITY:
This 83,000sf meat production facility is situated on a 20 acre site at the Stonequarry Crossings development in Vandalia, Ohio. Scope included the purchase and installation of stainless steel piping and tanks, chemical room, testing laboratories, temporary areas, processing and packaging rooms, refrigeration equipment rooms, cold storage space, 7,400 cubic foot freezer, spiral freezer (-40*F), and multiple loading docks. The main building is also supported by a separate 1,700sf waste water treatment structure. The completed facility will produce frozen hamburgers for grocery and retail sale. This project is currently registered with the USGBC and received Gold LEED® certification.

MEAT PROCESSING PLANT:
White Castle Systems retained Ruscilli to provide General Construction of its new 39,000sf refrigerated meat processing plant. The meat patty production plant flash freezes the product to -40°F. This facility includes packaging, distribution, testing lab and administrative offices and is constructed to FDA and USDA specifications.

BAKERY EXPANSION:
Phase One – 24,300sf expansion to existing bakery including 12,000 square feet of freezer space, interior and exterior dock space, staging area, mechanical room, electrical room, and truck / trailer parking.

Phase Two – Multi-area interior renovations of existing bakery to accommodate replacement of original baking equipment including new ovens, proofers, switchgear and mechanical / electrical upgrades.

Phase Three – Renovation of 39,000sf of existing space and addition of 2,600sf of new space to accommodate new equipment and operations. Work included demolition, specialty foundation pads, relocation of utilities, and structural steel to accommodate equipment and piping.
