St. Mary Development Corporation selected Ruscilli Construction to join in partnership for a new build workforce affordable housing development located in Piqua, Ohio. The project consists of one, three-story wood framed apartment building that was financed in part under the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program as administered by the Ohio Housing Finance Agency. The project includes 52 units with one, two, and threebedroom apartments. The project includes first floor staff office, community room and kitchenette. Additionally, there is a fenced playground and accessible adjacent city walking/bike trail.
