This project is Ruscilli’s second Church expansion for Rock City. The new $50M,160,000sf building houses a 2,500 seat worship auditorium, large grand entrace lobby with concessions and seating areas, educational rooms, and office spaces. The shell is a pre-engineered metal building framing system supported by standard concrete foundations with concrete slabs on grade. Additionally, a parking lot expansion of 1,800 spaces is included in the scope of work.

In addtion to the church expansion, Tree of Life Schools is building a new school addition on the same campus to accomodate their growing needs. New school addition will include classrooms, adminstrative spaces, interactive educational spaces, and related facilities.
