Ruscilli was selected to renovate the Buckeye Building, located in a tight urban setting, at 36 East Gay Street in Downtown Columbus, Ohio. The 16-story building was converted into a 100 suite extended-stay hotel. This project included a four-story atrium containing a high-end restaurant and hotel lobby.
