This project consisted of a 12,000 square foot, 15-bed addition to an existing skilled nursing facility in Waynesville, Ohio. The single-story wood-framed slab-on-grade addition was connected to the existing structure through approximately 1,200 square feet of renovated space. Site work included demolition of an existing emergency generator, fuel tank and underground utilities as well as installation of new service utilities and connections and a storm water management system.
