Ruscilli Construction was selected to partner with Pivotal Housing Partners (formerly MVAH Partners) for a new build workforce affordable housing projects located in Cincinnati, Ohio. The project was a 9% LIHTC award administered by the Ohio Housing Finance Agency. The project is a single building including 58 units with one, two, and three-bedroom apartments. The four-story, wood-framed elevator building also includes a staff office, community room, and a playground adjacent to the building.
