Pivotal Housing Partners (formerly MVAH Partners) selected Ruscilli as its construction partner for a new build senior independent apartment building located in Lima, Ohio. The 4-story wood framed structure includes 88 one and two bedroom living units. The projects was awarded funding through Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) 9% LIHTC program in 2019. The project offers many amenities including a community room, fitness center and walking area’s connect to public walkways. The project was constructed following Enterprise Green Communities Criteria and was completed in 2021.
