Paramount Health Resources selected Ruscilli to serve as its general contractor to construct a three-story senior residential care facility located in Westerville, Ohio.  The 85,000 square foot facility will serve assisted living residents and provide independent living and memory cares services.  The facility will include studio and one bedroom units for assisted and independent living. The common spaces include main and private dining rooms, therapy gym, activity/social rooms, café, beauty salon, nurse stations, and facility management space. The exterior features a walking path, courtyard and a second story patio deck.
