The upper floor features a plaza roof terrace overlooking downtown Columbus. The fully sprinklered structure utilized concrete auger cast piles, grade beam foundations and post-tensioned concrete floor slabs. The building envelope consists of aluminum clad wood windows and storefront complimented by a brick and curtainwall façade accented with metal roof components.
