MVAH Partners selected Ruscilli to serve as its general contractor for this 9% LIHTC / Ohio Housing Finance Authority project in 2018. The project consists of eighty-one (81) senior independent apartments that include one and two bedroom living units. The facility also includes a community room, business center and fitness room. The project is located within the Omega Community Development Campus Revitalization Area in the Dayton View Triangle Neighborhood. Omega Community Development Corporation is the Co –Developer for the project. The Harvard Campus located in Dayton, Ohio offers other unique amenities to residents including walking trails and a community park.
