This 240,000 square foot equestrian center contains 195,000 square feet of exhibition space as well as an adjoining 300’x 150’ open air riding pavilion. The main structure houses 1,000 horse stalls, riding arena, practice arena, wash bays, restrooms, electrical service room, multiple offices, and substantial parking and circulation areas to accommodate users, spectators, truck and trailer traffic. The complex also offers a sophisticated ventilation system, cupolas, perimeter abuse walls, waste storage and removal areas, and electric power and water hydrants to service all stalls.
