Ruscilli was selected to construct this new 78,000 square foot three-story residential building addition with connector to the main campus. The building offers 60-units for assisted living and an additional 20-units for memory care. The first floor includes an upscale lobby, dining area, pub, servery, multi-purpose common living room area, and three administrative office spaces. The 3rd floor has a day lounge, nurse’s office, two nurse stations, sitting lounge, servery, and dining area. Each floor has its own laundry room. The project also included improvements to existing and new landscaping.
