National Church Residences selected Ruscilli as its construction partner for a new build 94 unit senior independent living apartment building located in northeast Columbus. The project was awarded funding through the Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) 9% LIHTC program in 2019. The 3-story “L” shaped wood framed building includes one and two bedroom apartment with several amenities. The interior amenities include a fitness center, wellness rooms, large community room, media room, multipurpose room and laundry room. The exterior amenities include a passive recreational green space, walking path and patio. The project was a certified LEED For Homes project and includes many sustainable features. The project was completed in 2021.
