This 60-unit renovation included the conversion of 24 dwelling units to assisted living units through a HUD-funded Assisted Living Conversion Program (ALCP). The scope of work included a two-story addition to redefine the building entryway and common area, new dining area, full-service commercial kitchen, laundry facility, therapy gym, nursing station services, business office, and significant site improvements. The Ohio Housing Finance Authority provided a 9% tax credit for the renovation of the remaining 36 dwelling units. Both projects included independent contracts; however, each project had the same start and completion dates.
