Bretton Woods Phase 1 project consisted of a one new building, 3-story “L” shaped, wood framed structure with 62 one bedroom apartments located in Northeast Columbus. The project was awarded funding through Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) 9% LIHTC program in 2020. The project offers several amenities including a community room, fitness room, Service Coordinator office, laundry room and a multiple purpose room. There is an outside patio and walking areas for the residences that lead to public walk areas. The project was energy efficiency certified as LEED Silver and was completed in 2022.

Ruscilli is currently working on Bretton Woods Phase 2 adding 60 units which will connect to Phase 1 for a total of 121 units. Phase 2 is scheduled to begin construction late 2024.
