This project consisted of a three-story, 69,200 square foot Medical Office Building positioned above a four-level, 466 space parking structure with interconnecting pedestrian skywalk accessing the main downtown campus hospital. It required a heavy emphasis on MEP, site logistics, and control

The building houses offices facilitating a range of rehabilitation services such as physical therapy, occupational therapy, occupational rehabilitation, speech therapy and audiology, and pulmonary rehabilitation
