Ruscilli was contracted to manage construction of Miami Trace Local Schools’ Expedited Local Partnership Program undertaking. This project consisted of major renovations and upgrades to the existing High School.

Subsequently, Miami Trace Local Schools selected Ruscilli to provide Pre-Bond Issue Services for their Exceptional Needs Program project and district-wide facilities master plan development. Services included budgeting, program scheduling, community forums, and master planning. The plan consisted of one new $28 million, 135,483 square foot PK-5 school and a new $45 million, 216,900 square foot 6-12 combination middle/high school centrally located on a single campus.
