Charles Street Investment Partners has selected Ruscilli Construction to build a unique market rate apartment project in downtown Indianapolis, Indiana. The 13-story structure consists of four levels of concrete podium for parking and nine levels of residential apartments. The structure above the podium is a Prescient Metal Framed System. The project includes 232 residential apartments and a pool on the fifth floor amenity area. The project also includes 10,000sf of office space and 10,000sf of retail shell space.
