Hopeton Village ALCP – Phase I

Ruscilli was selected to perform construction services for this Assisted Living Conversion Plan (ALCP) HUD program. The scope of work included the renovation of 16 dwelling units from independent living to assisted living. Ruscilli also added a full-service kitchen and dining area. The first floor common spaces were renovated to refresh the facility.

Hopeton Village HUD-Green Retrofit Program

Ruscilli was selected to complete renovations and improvements on this unique Senior Housing HUD program that included energy saving replacement materials to improve the facility. The scope included replacement of a heating/cooling units, windows, light fixtures, and related scope. This project involved all 150 units of the facility.

Hopeton Village ALCP- Phase II

Ruscilli was selected to perform continuing services for the Phase II Assisted Living Conversion Plan (ALCP). The scope of work included the conversion of 25 dwelling units from independent to assisted living. Additionally, a new front entrance/canopy was completed. Ruscilli also installed a new roof, implemented elevation moderations and completed extensive exterior improvements.
