This new two-story senior housing facility consists of a slab on grade, wood framed building with a combination asphalt shingle and standing seam metal roof system. The exterior cladding consists of brick and siding to match existing structures on adjacent properties. In total, the project includes thirty-two units with a total gross square footage of 43,500 square feet.
