Easton Gateway District will be home to nearly 325,000 square feet of new retail including two large format anchor tenants, specialty grocery, small and mid-sized retailers, new restaurant concepts, and two levels of new office space. Complete site development includes landscaping, hardscaping and site amenities to include a prominent water feature. The project also adds a significant new parking capacity, with space for almost 2,000 vehicles.
