CVG selected Ruscilli Construction to provide CMR services for the renovation of their existing 52,628sf North American Headquarters in New Albany, OH. Renovations include updated bathroom finishes on first and second floor, ceiling tile and wall finishes, updated gym and coffee bar, new aluminum framed entrances to office fronts. Replacement of light fixtures and reworking of fire sprinkler system. The first floor has open ceiling areas with exposed ductwork in the kitchen/café area along with polished concrete floors. Scope also included adding a new exterior canopy at the front entrance.

All construction was completed during working hours, in a 100% occupied space. Construction is phased to cause minimal interruption of employee’s workday.
