The Project consists of the construction of two new facilities for the City, including an approximately 34,000sf facility housing the City’s Fire/EMS Department, Police Department, Council Chambers and Administrative Offices (the “F/EPAS” facility), and a new 5,000 SF facility housing the City’s Parks and Recreation personnel and public recreational programming activities (“New Grandview Center” facility). Required work will also include required abatement and demolition activities to remove existing buildings on the planned sites.
