This project consists of a 400,000sf mixed use 5-story apartment building component with a combination of type 5 and type 3 construction over top of a 2 level concrete parking garage. The project has 230 apartment units above the parking garage with 17 townhouses wrapping around the garage. The project has fitness facilties, co-working spaces, a dog park and elevated pool. The east side of the building is also lined with potential retail and restaurants spaces.
