This project was a $4.5m renovation and addition to existing facility to house a Distribution Dispatch Center office, back-up power systems, data cabling, server room cooling systems and addition to the training area. The office consists of an open floor plan with personal desks and work spaces, meeting and break areas, conference rooms, and personal offices for management. All new furnture, cabinetry, flooring, lighting, and HVAC systems were also included in the scope.
