This project included site development and 70,000sf of new construction to accommodate 64 dwelling units and extensive common areas. This included 29 one-bedroom and 35 two-bedroom living units dispersed throughout a three-story woodframed structure. Common space areas include a large community room, kitchen, lounge with fireplace, library, and sitting area. The project received LEED® Silver certification.
