The project is an interior demolition and interior buildout of a 22,000sf office building located in Dublin, Ohio. The project includes floor finishes, millwork upgrades, new ceiling areas, and lighting. The outdated entrance was converted into a modern and welcoming lobby area to greet clients and make a strong first impression. We also upgraded the employee amenities to include a kitchen and dining areas along with spaces for social activities and more casual work spaces. As a result of the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), we took the additional measure of installing a special ultraviolet HVAC system to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our employees and guests.
