Ruscilli was selected to build this uniquely designed six-story mixed-use building which includes 234 market rate apartments. The building includes a retail space with a mix of studio and one and two-bed market rate apartments ranging in size from 550 – 1,115sf.

A two-story cast in place concrete parking deck with wood framed construction above the podium creates a stair stepped facade for the entry of the building. A roof desk is located on the fourth floor which includes a pool, fitness center, yoga studio, lounge, and other amenities. The project is located in the fast-growing Discovery Arts District in Downtown Columbus.
