The project consists of building a new $53M, 140,000sf High School to house the districts 600 students. The building will be located/constructed at the existing High School site, at The Plains, Ohio. The existing High School building will remain operational during construction and is located within close proximity to where the New High School will be constructed. After construction of the New High School is complete, the existing High School will be demolished and replaced with a new parking lot.
