VILLAS
Ruscilli was selected to construct this upscale senior housing complex at Friendship Village of Dublin, including site development to support their master plan.

Phases I and II of the project included all site development for the master plan, new access road, and construction of four, 4,400 square foot villas. The villas include an attached garage and have optional features such as sun rooms and finish upgrades.

Phase III included the construction of four additional villas.

Phase IV included construction of four additional villas.

MASTER PLAN EXPANSION
Friendship Village of Dublin selected Ruscilli to implement its long range expansion and renovation program ultimately re-shaping the entire campus.

Initial phases revise the parking landscape of the campus, including demolition of existing parking structures, construction of new ones, revising access to main entries, and creation of additional parking spaces.

Later phases include renovations and additions to kitchen and dining structures, 79 new independent living units, various interior projects, and additions to the first and second floors of the Central ‘Clubhouse’.
