Pivotal Housing Partners selected Ruscilli to serve as its general contractor for this 9% LIHTC / Ohio Housing Finance Authority project in 2018. The project consists of eightyone senior independent apartments that include one and two bedroom living units. The facility also includes a community room, business center and fitness room. The project is located near Pearson Metro Park offering scenic walking trails and outdoor amenities.
