This project included preconstruction and construction of a multi-story, 37,000sf mixed-use building including 7,000sf office and 30,000sf retail. In addition, demolition of the existing building and extensive sitework was completed in preparation of the new building and parking area. Tenants include Oak Hill Bank, Tim Horton’s, Noodles & Company, Verizon Wireless, and Mattress Factory.
