Weenie Wonder Dublin is a 2,700sf quick serve restaurant located between Pins Mechanical and 16-bit arcade. The improvements include new underground mechanical systems, a new slab infill, new partitions, mechanical systems including grease duct, a hood with roof mounted fan, and multiple pieces of kitchen/vending equipment. The project includes dining area, fryers, flat top stoves, heating area, refrigeration systems, bar, wash areas, office, and storage spaces.

EASTON
Weenie Wonder Easton is a 2,433sf quick serve restaurant located adjacent to Pins Mechanical. The improvements included new underground mechanical systems, a new slab infill, new partitions, a structural mezzanine, mechanical systems including grease duct, a hood with roof mounted fan, and multiple pieces of kitchen/vending equipment. The finishes in the space included all new casework with solid surface tops, merchandise shelving, multiple types of ceramic tile, and wood shiplap siding. The work required close coordination with the Owner’s vendors, including kitchen equipment, soda, furniture, signage, IT, and POS equipment. It also required close coordination with Easton Operations, Security, and the general public as the site was surrounded by live retail locations and the work occurred during the holiday season.
