The City of Hilliard hired Ruscilli Construction to oversee the development of 150 acres to accommodate their new recreation and wellness center, named The Well. The project includes an approximately 105,000sf recreational center that will house a lap pool, leisure pools, open gyms, walking track, weight room, wellness center, etc. The rec center will also include a senior center, conference rooms, offices, cafe/cafeteria, and other community gathering spaces. Additionally, new athletic fields are included on the southern side of the site for the outdoor sports. Two synthetic fields, many seeded fields, restroom and concession building, and parking will be provided as part of the outdoor athletic park.
