The Phase 2 scope at Thomas Worthington High School includes the replacement of the fieldhouse and natatorium, new turf practice field, renovated interior athletic spaces, replacement of the academic wings with a large new addition to the front of the building, new entry way with courtyard, new theater and blackbox space, upgraded MEP and HVAC systems, and new administration offices.

The natatorium project consists of the construction of a brand new natatorium building for both Worthington High Schools. It includes a brand new 10-lane competition pool with diving boards, stands, concessions, locker rooms, and specialty HVAC and MEP systems.

The Phase 2 scope at Worthington Kilbourne High School includes renovated classrooms and interior athletic spaces, completely new HVAC and MEP systems throughout the facility, new concession stands, turf upgrades for outdoor athletic fields, and other various interior renovations.
