This 120,000sf new interior build out for BBI Logistics is located in the new Astor Park office building. The office building includes 17,000sf of retail space on the ground floor, a 10,000sf gym for use by BBI employees and residents of Astor Park, and the rest of the building will be office space for BBI. BBI will have its own lobby and secure entrance to its offices on the second through fifth floors. The office will feature an open floor plan with conference/meeting rooms throughout the space. A corporate suite will also be included to house upper management and host visitors. The building has a distinct zigzag pattern on its outside and has terraces on each floor. Break areas on each floor will be centered around the terraces with the third and fifth floors having a view into part of Lower.com Field and downtown Columbus. BBI plans to make the fifth floor an event space for company and outside events.
