Ruscilli performed a multi-phase renovation of Residence Inn by Marriott, located at Easton, east of Columbus, Ohio. This project included replacing all carpet and wall covering, repainting walls and ceilings, fixing damaged tile and floor coverings, and liquidating and replacing furniture. The multi-phase plan allowed partial continued use of the facility including two buildings with 60 guest rooms each and a gatehouse with meeting rooms, exercise room, and dining area.
