Ruscilli Construction was retained by Northstar Realty to construct the final phase of the Legacy Crossing Retail Center. This included three independent buildings totaling 79,822 square feet that compose the core of Northstar’s new retail center.

Building A is anchored by Shoe Carnival, Maurice’s and Aaron’s Rents accounting for 27,000 square feet.

Building B is anchored by PETCO, MC Sports and Dollar Tree and it accounts for 41,000 square feet of the retail center.

Building C is anchored by Starbucks and Papa Murphy’s Pizza and accounts for 17,000 square feet of the center.

In addition to the three buildings, the project includes extensive sitework, utilities, 533-space parking lot, and retention pond.
