This $47 million multi-phased park setting for an international horticultural exposition included pavilions, conservatories, mallways, amphitheater, VIP reception center, relocation of existing athletic complexes, construction of 6-court center tennis court complex, plus multiple free-standing food services complexes and restaurant facilities.

As construction manager, Ruscilli coordinated design with 24 different Architects for this multi-phase project which involved numerous structures and extensive infrastructure covering 160 acres.
