OSU East Hospital – Outpatient Care

This challenging undertaking involved the renovation/replacement of various parts of the facility. Scope included replacement of walls, repainting rooms and corridors, replacement of carpet and vinyl/VCT flooring, new lockers and cabinetry, and upgrades to HVAC and MEP systems. All work was completed on an active campus and adhereance to facility/medical code was strictly enforced.

OSU East Hospital – Ongoing Renovations

Ruscilli has partnered with OSU hospital since 2021 working on various renovations throughout the facility. Some of these projects include: The renovation of multiple existing Operating Rooms on the 4th and 6th floors, a new cafeteria/kitchen that services the entire building, roof renovations to the top of Penthouse of West Wing Expansion and Wound Care, and renovations of shower & bathroom facilities throughout the building. All of these project were completed in compliance with OSU East code, and some included the installation of speciality medical equpiment.

OSU The James Hospital – Childrens Facility

This project focused on the renovation of a chlidren’s care area. The scope included new furniture and floors, renovated play area, new walls and doors, and new child safe cabinetry and drawers.

OSU New Albany – Primary Care

This project focused on ADA Upgrades for OSU New Albany’s Primary Care Facility. Scope included new doors, walls, floors, cabinetry, and casework. Upgraded HVAC systems and MEPs were also installed throughout the facility to meet new code standards.
