This project consisted of the complete renovation of Cunz Hall building floors 1 thru 4 for the College of Public Health and Classroom Pool. Scope included two new elevators, new MEP systems, replacement of existing roof and windows, new sprinkler system, two new code compliant stair tower additions, selective demolition of a portion of the existing south building structure to improve day lighting and wayfinding, and future accommodations to support programs for the College of Public Health. The renovated building offers new classrooms, offices, and wet laboratory spaces.
