Hampton Inn has selected Ruscilli to construct its new 76,000 square foot, 114 guest room, four-story hotel in New Albany, Ohio.  Materials consisted of structural masonry and precast floors with a brick veneer exterior including EIFS cornices, aluminum windows, and TPO roof.  Public space includes a breakfast area, fitness room, interior swimming pool, and business center.
