This independent Senior Living facility consists of studio, one, two, and three bedroom apartments totaling 126 units. Ruscilli renovated several units during Phase I by performing multiple upgrades to the kitchens and bathrooms while installing sprinkler heads in each of the bathrooms and smoke detectors in each of the bedrooms. These modifications allowed a change in use from an R-2 to I-1 Code classification thereby enabling the complex to be licensed by the State of Ohio as an Assisted Living facility.

Phase II consisted of a new single-story kitchen and central dining room addition as well as a rooftop pergola. During this Phase, first floor offices were converted into memory care units, an activities room, nurse’s station, and restrooms. On the 2nd floor, units were converted into new office space and wellness center. In addition, corridor and common area finishes were updated throughout the complex.
